Shopping Cart- When you order from Fate Cakes for Columbus, Ohio delivery we collect your name, email address, phone number, party information, and order. After this general information is submitted, you will be directed to PayPal where all billing, shipping and credit card information will be transacted directly with PayPal. (Fate Cakes does not hold or have access to your direct credit card information).
Recipient Information- For all orders placed where we will be delivering to a different location and recipient other than the orderee, we will request the recipient’s and work/personal address.
Payment / Credit Card Information – All transactions are directed to PayPal. Fate Cakes does not collect or store any personal credit card information within www.fate-cakes.com.

Order Confirmation – Within 24-48 hours of an order for Columbus, Ohio delivery a Fate Cakes representative may contact you directly to confirm the order, but this is not our standard protocol. (We will contact you if there are any questions about your order).

You can opt-out of email by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email Fate Cakes sends.
Note: Once you have submitted your email opt-out request you should assume that it has been successfully received and your request is being processed. Please allow us 10 business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our promotions may already have been in process before you submitted your request.
