To ensure accuracy and availability, all orders are considered tentative until an invoice has been issued and the required payment has been received.
Communicating an order request by phone, email, text message, social media, or any other method does not reserve a date or place an order on the production schedule. Orders are only verified and confirmed after an invoice has been sent and payment has been received in accordance with the payment terms provided. Failure to submit payment by the specified due date may result in the requested date becoming unavailable, and the order may be declined or canceled without further notice.
No products will be produced, prepared, or guaranteed for pickup until the order has been confirmed through payment.
