At Fate Cakes we take all allergy requests seriously and your health interest at heart. Any customers that have any form of medical condition, food intolerance or food allergies should be aware there may be traces of products such as milk, eggs, soy, wheat, oats, sesame, and nuts in all of our products. We do sanitize all equipment and utensils between batches and offer special requested desserts (below); however, Fate cakes will not be liable for adverse reactions to food consumed or other items an individual may come into contact with while eating any of our product.
If you or anyone consuming our products has a food allergy, celiac disease, or severe food sensitivity, please understand that our products may not be suitable for your needs. By purchasing and consuming our products, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Fate Cakes welcomes your special requests and makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction for those with food allergies. It is important to note there is always risk of cross – contamination as in our kitchen we use products such as milk, eggs, gluten , soy, peanuts and tree nuts, although we have strict sanitation policies, we cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our bakery products.

Our bakery has a select amount of items which include peanuts and tree nuts. We are not a nut-free bakery and can not guarantee any trace of these ingredients in our items, and currently do not take on any “Nut Free” requests.
